From January to November a Working Bee is held on the last Wednesday of each month.
For Working Bees, our group first meets at 8.30 am on the corner of Foreshore Drive and Port Stephens Drive, Salamander Bay. Our October Working Bee on the area between Foreshore Dr & the Bay with 4 TIN workers saw bitou, lantana, senna, polygala & asparagus fern sprayed and /or removed, rubbish collection on road verges.
The Committee meets bimonthly to deal with finance, correspondence, planning of maintenance work and other relevant issues. A Councillor and a member of Council Staff usually attends these meetings.

When: 4th Fridays in February, May, August & November - next meeting deferred to 1 December 2017.
Time: 10am to 12 noon
Where: Tomaree Library and Community Centre in Salamander Bay.
Visitors are always welcome at our meetings; however, please check with the Secretary to confirm details if you would like to join us.
New volunteers needed - negotiable working time. Help care for our environment.
